SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tienda FPF. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 30 business days from the time payment is made. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Times
Shipments may take up to 30 business days from the time payment is made. In some cases, the delivery time may exceed 30 business days due to unforeseen delays in transportation and logistics. This period may also vary depending on the recipient's location and product availability. We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
For pre-orders, shipments may take up to 90 business days from the time payment is made. This extended period is due to the additional time required for production and availability of pre-ordered items. We will keep you informed of any updates regarding the estimated delivery times for pre-orders.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are beyond our control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Tienda FPF ships to addresses within Puerto Rico, the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Tienda FPF is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Tienda FPF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Puerto Rico or the United States.
